Cancellation Policy

• Consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit 50% of the fee
• No-shows will forfeit the full consultation fee
• We may reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances
